Age Policy
1. 19+ only
A Moncton Casino account may be held only by people who are 19 or older.
There are never any exceptions. An account can be opened only when gambling is permitted under the law of the place you reside, and Canadian rules govern how we check age and identity and how we combat money laundering. Registering, depositing and placing bets are open only to people aged 19 or over.
2. How we check age
We confirm age before any deposit is made.
At sign-up you give us your personal details, your birth date among them, and we check them against trusted data sources. If something does not match, the account cannot be used until valid government-issued photo ID is sent. Your location is checked too, and proof of age can be requested again at any time, for example before a withdrawal. Accepted documents are listed on our Verification and AML page.
3. Parental controls and filtering tools
Simple software can block gambling sites at home.
Parents and carers can add a solid layer of protection with:
- Gamban / GamBlock, which stop computers and phones from opening gambling websites and apps
- Parental controls that come with most phones, tablets, game consoles and web browsers
- Content filters offered by many home internet providers
Alongside these tools, talk often and openly with children and teens about money and gambling.
4. If a minor is discovered
We close the account straight away.
If we find a player is younger than 19, or a minor has been using another person's account, we will:
- Shut the account and block any new sign-ups linked to that person
- Void all bets and cancel any winnings and bonuses
- Refund deposits to the card or account first used to pay, where the law allows
An adult who lets a minor use their account breaks our Terms of Use and may lose that account too.
5. Shared devices and protecting minors
Make sure young people at home cannot get into your casino account.
If several people in your household share a computer, tablet or phone, these habits help:
- Disable your browser's password saving feature
- Log out once each session ends
- Secure every device using a fingerprint, PIN or pattern lock
- Create a separate user profile for each child
- Keep banking apps and bank cards away from young people
Our About Cookies page explains how to clear stored data from your browser.
